Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to make our processes clear, fair, and respectful.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once cancelled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Subscription fees are non-refundable for partially used billing periods.
Digital Products, Courses & Resources
Due to the nature of digital content—including online courses, programs, memberships, and downloadable resources—all purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe there has been an error with your purchase or billing, please contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, refunds or remedies will be provided in accordance with those rights.
